Design guidelines & privacy
Use this service only if you are 18 or older. Request your own original content or material you have permission to use. Do not include private personal information, explicit sexual material, exploitation, threats, hateful content, or instructions for wrongdoing.
The brief and generated image are reviewed. Political, controversial, rights-sensitive and uncertain designs require store review. Prohibited requests cannot be fulfilled. Approval is not a determination that every third-party right has been cleared.
Your approved design
By approving the artwork, you give Rich Media Empire LLC permission to retain it, prepare mockups, manufacture ordered items, and display and offer the approved design on products in Customer Creations. It may be made available on the different product types shown by the store. This permission is non-exclusive. No purchase occurs until you complete checkout.
What is saved
Your prompt, generated images, review results and product selections are saved in the store’s design system. A secure browser cookie identifies your saved requests for up to 30 days. Hashed network identifiers and counters limit abuse. Prompts and images are sent to OpenAI for generation and safety review; approved production files are sent to Printful. Browser dictation may send audio to your browser’s speech provider. This store does not send microphone audio to the OpenAI API or keep audio recordings.
Payment and order information is processed by Stripe and retained in business records. Products use the store’s normal checkout and fulfillment process. Tax, shipping and current prices are reviewed at checkout.
Questions or removal requests
Contact richmediaempire@yahoo.com with the design or order reference. You can request removal of a design from public display. Records needed for completed orders, accounting and legal obligations may be retained.
